Returns Policy
1. All sales are final and non-refundable.
2. We do not accept exchanges.
3. If you have received a defective product, email us at team@zekecandle.com within 7 days of receiving your order so that we can review on a case-by-case basis. Emails received after the 7 day period will not be accepted.
4. Products returned by you because of a defect and will be refunded in full. Products purchased at a discount will be reimbursed at the discounted sale price.
5. A claim by you that the quantity of the products delivered falls short of the quantity ordered shall be notified to us within 2 days from the date of delivery. If you do not notify us accordingly, we shall have no liability in respect of such shortfall and you shall be bound to pay the price as if the products had been delivered in accordance with the your order.
